Strippin'

PHEW! Playing tourist is exhausting. Like, a lot.

We went downtown to the strip with Alice. It was fun, but very tiring. We went to the Forum Shops at Cesear's Palace which, for being a casino, is absolutely beautiful. The two faves were the Mac store and FAO Schwarz. None of us had ever been to an FAO Schwarz. It was SO FUN! They encourage you to play with the toys (assuming they are open and not packaged) and there are three floors of every imagineable toy in the world. My kids LOVED it. There was approximately 200 different kinds of stuffed puppies. Spencer nearly had a heart attack. A cute little employee followed him around and picked up all the puppies he threw on the floor. Henry loved ALL the different toys. Both were excited to play on the famous huge piano too.

My favorite part, other than watching the cute kids run around the store, was the fact that the entrance to the store is a giant trojan horse.

We also got to go to the Bellagio and saw the fountains. I have never seen them before and they are HUGE and amazing. The kids thought it was cool too.

Then we walked, um, a million miles with gross disgusting people handing out porno on the street and went to the Coke Store and the M&M store. Unfortunately, we were all much too tired and so we didn't get to enjoy those as much. Although the wall of M&Ms is very fun.

Last night, my dear friend Lesley came over. We had a birthday cake for her and we just hung out out. It was a blast. I've known Lesley for 18 years, which makes her my oldest friend in the world, and she's amazing. It was so fun. The only problem was the lack of eggs in her birthday cake. BUT, soy flour and water can replace an egg. It's a bit dry, but HECK, we had ourselves an accidently VEGAN cake. It was great. :)

I'm tired. Touring is hard work. :)

Boo, I think Derek should wear the jester hat when he is therapizing! It would instill confidence in his patients. Lelly looks the same.

When we come to Vegas can we tour also?
