Have you ever had a day where no matter what you eat, you feel like you're being tortured with hunger? Okay, maybe you don't, but I am totally having this day. I didn't eat breakfast, because well, I never do, and I rarely need to anyway. So, by 10:00, I was feeling rather shaky and weird. I'm not hypoglycemic but I felt really weird (not being hypoglycemicmakes me different than apparently 90% of the country H Have you noticed that many people, especially women, are now hypoglycemic? I'm not knocking the condition, I believe it exists, but after today, I feel like maybe, the people who have this are just hungry... but I digress.)but I was starving! So, I held off until 11, when I finally ate a normal sized lunch. By 2pm, I was ready to die I was so hungry. So, I managed to push through until 4:30, when I declared it dinner time.
So, at this point, you're thinking, "Morgan, why do you not have a snack if you are hungry?" Well, the short answer is, I don't believe in snacking. MOST days my appetite is so small that if I snack even a little between lunch and dinner, I'll have no need for dinner. And if I'm going to slave away and cook dinner, than I want to eat it. That is why I do not snack. Generally, I do not need to, so it goes against my nature to snack.
Well, it is now 8:43 pm and I am starving again. I did have a 100 calorie pack of cupcakes and some goldfish, but I'm still starving. It's highly annoying.
And now my cute boys:
We had kind of iffy weather so I pulled out the tents and tunnels. They don't get to come out much, so the boys (even Spencer) LOVED it. We had a fun afternoon. Aren't they cute? And you can see WHY we don't pull the tents out too often. They take up my whole living room!
