Wow

All Oliver does is sleep.

Except at night. But that's cool. During the day, I have to wake him up to eat, but at night, he takes over the "who wakes who up" thing. It's a good deal.

The inlaws are here and insisting I do nothing, which is kinda nice, and why I have time to blog a bit. Their visit was a surprise, and we're all glad they're here for a couple of days.

Some people have been asking for details regarding the whole homebirth of Oliver thing. I'm honestly not sure what to do, because I could give DETAILS which I am certain would creep a lot of people out, but on the other hand, I could be vague but that won't satisfy others ENOUGH. It's hard, having 9 people that read this blog and desire different things from me.

I mean, I'm only one person.

Sheesh.

So, suffice it to say, details are forthcoming, once I figure out a happy medium between "I had a baby" to exact descriptions of colors, textures, etc...

See? I'm so confused.

In the meantime:
From April 2009

So sweet.

I'll be back.

Not sure if blogger has this or not.. but on my blog I can type part of an entry then put in a "more" tag and people who want to read more have to click the word more... That way you can put the nitty gritty under the more tag and those who don't want to read it don't have to...

Yeah, that's how Abbie does her livejournal a lot of the time.

I am absolutely in awe of your home birth experience. It baffles me. I mean, I realize that's how it was done for zillions of years before drugs and hospitals and all, but... holy cow!!

I say give a little warning right at the top of the blog and then those who want to read it, its your blog...my opinion...I'm nosy, and I think its way way cool, I LOVE details. Plus, I admire the heck out of you. Let me know either way, email whatever. Or do what your other friends have said about the 'more' tag thing. Love ya girl!

I second what BrandonandJeana said: Put a disclaimer at the top, and then let it be your story! Personally, I want all the juicy details, the juicier and messier the better! ;)
